Jefe Jewelers DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do offer a 30 day policy for any jewelry repairs. After 30 days you will be required to pay upfront for all jewelry repairs. If you are out of state please ship your package via FedEx ONLY and email (sales@jefejewelers.com) with the tracking number.
